THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.14713 of 2017 ORDER:- This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners being aggrieved of nonconsideration of their representations, dated 15.10.2015, and 07.04.2017, whereby, they requested to initiate immediate statutory legal action in respect of illegal encroachment of public park situated in Manikonda Ramaiah Goud Colony, Badepally Village, Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar District.

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and of the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent-Nagar Panchayat. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the grievance of the writ petitioners would be redressed if a direction is given to the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the aforestated representations of the petitioners. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent-Nagar Panchayat endorses the said submission.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representations, dated 15.10.2015 & 07.04.2017, of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in strict accordance with procedure established by law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

MSRM, J W.P.No.14713 of 2017 Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
