HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO W.P.No.13088 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for respondent No.3.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction on the part of the 1st respondent in issuing No Objection Certificate enabling petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 to obtain affiliation from the 2nd respondent-University for conducting B.Pharmacy and M.Pharmacy courses from the academic year 20152016, as arbitrary and illegal. 1st petitioner-society established the 2nd and 3rd petitionerPharmacy Colleges at Jangaon, Warangal District. On 31.3.2015, the petitioners have made an application to the 1st respondent-University for issuance of No Objection Certificate so as to enable petitioner Nos.2 and 3 to obtain affiliation from the 2nd respondent-University. But so far no action has been taken thereon.

In that view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the application made by the petitioners whereunder they sought for No Objection Certificate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
