HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 336 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders of this Court passed in WPMP No. 29267 of 2014 in WP No.23363 of 2014, dated 14.08.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the respondent passed orders. In view of the same, no further proceedings can be taken in the present Contempt Case.

3. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the present proceedings, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
