THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17981 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed questioning the inaction of the 2nd respondent in not considering the Bid for the tender 2017-APSO-49254-1 offering 7 Tank Trucks in response to tender dated 10.02.2017 as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending writ petition, the respondent-Corporation has considered the representation and passed an order on 08.06.2017, giving reasons for the rejection of the bid of the petitioner.

In view of order dated 08.06.2017, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.06.2017.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
