THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35255 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not taking any action upon his complaint dated 01.10.2015. The Inspector of Police, Bhavani Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, furnished written instructions dated 03.11.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that upon the complaint made by the petitioner which was received on 03.10.2015, an enquiry was made and Crime No.167 of 2015 was registered under Sections 494 and 495 I.P.C. The case was stated to be under investigation.

In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
