Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had submitted a mercy petition in December 2016 seeking consideration by the respondent wherein he has challenged the removal order passedby the Deputy Manager, Narsaraopet Depot and that the respondent has not disposed of the same.

Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, submits that the respondent will consider the said representation within eight weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the said representation within eight weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
