HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.2314 of 2001 ORDER:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard Mr. Praveen Chillava, learned counsel holding for Mr. P.Veera Reddy, learned Advocate on record for the petitioner. In this writ petition filed in 2001, the petitioner-Association made the following prayer:
"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction mostly one which is in the nature of a writ of mandamus, calling for the records in and relating to the order dt.14.11.2000 in M.A. No.2921/99 in O.A. No.6221/92 of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and quash the same and consequently declare the selection process conducted by the 3rd respondent from 7.1.2001 to 9.1.2001 for selection to the posts of Asst. Director of Agriculture in A.P. Agriculture Service as null and void and pass such other order or orders as it may deem fit." No interim order, at any point of time, was passed by this Court. Keeping that in view and having considered the nature of prayer, in our opinion, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
