HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO M.A.C.M.A. No. 1158 OF 2011 O R D E R:

Sri A.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel, addressed a letter dated 30.10.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellant-Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing also, the learned counsel seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount as awarded by the Motor Accidents' Claims Tribunal (Family Court-CumAdditional District & Sessions Court), Vizianagaram, to the credit of O.P. No.325 of 2009 within a period of one month from today. The amounts already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondents-claimants are entitled to withdraw their respective share amounts.
