THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18344 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein in not considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06.04.2017, and removing the illegal and unauthorized constructions raised by respondent No.4 without leaving any setbacks and encroaching road margin in premises bearing H.No.14-5-317, Shah Inayat Gunj, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the representation, dated 06.04.2017, of the petitioner and forthwith initiate action on the same and demolish the illegal structures raised by respondent No.4 in the said premises. 2.

Case of the petitioner is that in the year 2015, respondent No.4, who is her neighbour, started raising construction of the second floor without any permission and without leaving any set backs and by encroaching the road margin. Though the petitioner made representations on 02.07.2015 and 07.09.2015 to the respondent Corporation, no action has been taken. Hence, she made another representation on 06.04.2017 but of no use. Therefore, she filed the present writ petition. 3.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, the official respondents are hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 06.04.2017, of the

petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
