THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17344 OF 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the public auction notice as per conditions in G.O.Ms.No.379, in the Eenadu local newspaper at page 4 relating to item No.5 incorporating the petitioner's land in Survey No.15/1 for an extent of Acs.5.51 cents situated at Turangi, Kakinada (Rural), East Godavari District, dated 20.05.2017.

Now the learned counsel for respondents submits that the petitioner participated in the auction pursuant to the auction notice and became the highest bidder. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
