This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the endorsement Roc.SDT/61/2010 dated 24.05.2016 without paying the exgratia to the petitioner for the lands to an extent of Ac.0.53 cents in S.No.635-2 and Ac.3.00 cents in S.No.635-4 of Valasapalli village, Madanapalle Mandal, Chittoor District as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
