Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner died and his legal representatives are not interested in pursuing this matter and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and to that effect, he has filed a letter dated 29.09.2015 in the Registry. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
