HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 15878 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents in not protecting last drawn salary in the post of conductor while considering his case for the post of Cleaner on medical invalidation. This Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 24.10.2003 directing the respondents to protect the last drawn pay of the petitioner in the post of conductor while considering his case for appointment to the post of Cleaner.

In view of the interim orders, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
