This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, challenging the order, dated 15.02.2018, passed in I.A.No.1051 of 2017 in O.S.No.84 of 2011 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Palasa. 2 .
In the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff that the suit itself was disposed of by the Court below on 25.03.2018 and as such, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
