This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in freezing the petitioner's bank account No.0000001026212803 held with the State Bank of India, Yellareddyguda Branch, even before completion of the statutory period to file review of the order dt.26.03.2019, and for a consequential direction to set aside the order dt.26.03.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire amount demanded by the respondents has been paid; and that the petitioner submitted representation dt.25.06.2019 to the 2nd respondent for de-freezing of its bank account. The same is not disputed by Sri Balaji, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for de-freezing of its bank account, forthwith. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
