THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.20556 of 2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) As the very assessment order has been set side by order in W.P.No.20544 of 2016 dated 11.07.2016, the consequential order of penalty must be, and is accordingly, set aside. It is made clear that this order shall not preclude the respondents, if they so choose, from initiating penalty proceedings afresh, after a fresh assessment order is passed as directed by this Court in its order in W.P.No.20544 of 2016 dated 11.07.2016.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
