The grievance of the petitioner company is that the Station House Officer, Ambajipeta Police Station, Ambajipeta, Ambajipeta Village and Mandal, East Godavari District, was not considering its representation dated 02.06.2015. In the

said representation, the petitioner company sought police protection to undertake erection of a tower in the open land in Sy.Nos.57/3 and 57/5 of Nandampudi Village, Ambajipeta Mandal, East Godavari District.

Perusal of the petitioner company's representation dated 02.06.2015 reflects that it was received by the second respondent as is borne out by the endorsement thereon.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner company's representation dated 02.06.2015 and take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law. In the event the second respondent rejects the representation, a reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner company.
