This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order dated 11.12.2015 passed in E.A.No.320 of 2014 in E.P.No.76 of 2013 in O.S.No.88 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Palakol.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Executing Court wrongly closed the E.P.

As per the office note, the E.P. was disposed of on 15.06.2018. In view of the disposal of the E.P., the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
