Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record a letter dt.15.O7 .2021in respect of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that tht: investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and the case is numbered as CC.No.179 of 2O2O on the file of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Medchal. In view of the same, the r;ubject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner herein to file fresh petition challenging the charge sheet, if so advised. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous Petitions, pending; if any, shall stand closed.
