Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent nos.1 and 2; Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4; and Sri G. Seshadri, counsel for 5th respondent.

All the counsel agree that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.27.04.2017 in WP.No.15546 of 2017. 3.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the matter is remitted to the stage of consideration of the issue by the Three-Men Committee appointed pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in WP.No.27468 of 2015 and batch. The respondents are also directed to follow the directions in WP.No.41245 of 2016 and batch.

Till a decision is made, no further appointment may be made in the place earlier occupied by petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
