The petitioners claimed to have purchased 5,065 sq. yards of vacant land in Survey Nos.631/aa, 626/aa, 623, 624 and 625 situated at Kukatpally Village and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District. They have applied for layout regularisation and have separately submitted applications for Land Regularisation Scheme bearing Nos.3000033290, 3000033286 and 3000036625, dated 11.01.2016 and 20.01.2016, respectively.

The said applications were processed and by letter, dated 24.10.2016, the petitioners were informed that there is shortfall of documents presented by them and were requested to submit three documents listed thereunder. In response to the same, the petitioners filed written representations on 03.11.2016 explaining their stand and status of the property as not covered by the provisions of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976. Alleging that though compliance has been reported on 03.11.2016, no orders are passed on the said representation, these Writ Petitions are filed.

When the matters are taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners produced a copy of the letter, dated 07.11.2016, served on the Tejalal Patel, who is the petitioner in W.P.No.39505 of 2016, informing him that no application can be accepted in physical form and required documents should be furnished only through online for processing their files. Similar letters are addressed to other applicants also. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners have already uploaded all the

required documents in support of their claim, in compliance of the letter dated 24.10.2016, issued to them.

If what is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners is correct, the Zonal Commissioner, West Zone, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, is directed to examine the documents submitted online by the applicants in the respective applications, process the same and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the applications of the petitioners are in order, appropriate permissions shall be granted, as required.

These Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
