This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.13163 of 2007 by filing a civil suit after complying with the order.

Since a civil suit is filed, it is always open to the parties to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, but by filing the civil suit after passing of the order by this Court and complying with the same, it cannot be construed as a willful disobedience of the order of this Court.
