THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Tr.C.M.P.No.149 of 2018 ORDER:- This Tr.C.M.P. is filed seeking transfer of O.P.No.116 of 2017 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla, Rajanna Sircilla District to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Siddipet in Siddipet District.

The petitioner herein is the wife of the respondent and the O.P. had been filed by the respondent against the petitioner seeking divorce. The petitioner contended that she has a minor daughter, 3 years old, and the place where O.P. is instituted is 65 K.Ms., from Dubbaka Town and Mandal where she is residing, and it is difficult for her to travel from Dubbaka to Sircilla because of lack of proper transport facility.

Though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent.

Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P. is allowed and O.P.No.116 of 2017 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla, Rajanna Sircilla District is transferred to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Siddipet in Siddipet District.
