The above Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioneraccused No.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.221 of 2015 on the file of the Mahankali Police Station, Hyderabad.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the nature of offence alleged against the petitioner/accused is serious in nature, which has to be investigated into by the investigating agency, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings initiated against the petitioner/accused No.1.
