Ms.Ch.Vijaya Laxmi, learned counsel, representing the counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that they have no instructions in the Criminal Revision Case and the same may be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, the interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
