THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29299 OF 2009 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondentMandal Revenue Officer (MRO), in issuing pattadar passbook and title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.00 guntas in Sy.No.199/A of Velagapudi village and Panchayat, Tullur Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent-MRO to issue pattadar passbook and title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the above land.

2. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner strenuously contended that though the petitioner was asked to appear before the Tahsildar on 21.12.2009, he could not do so as he was held up in Hyderabad and hence seeks indulgence of this Court for issuance of pattadar passbook in favour of the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, stated that passbook and title deed have already been issued in favour of the petitioner and that he has also sold the property to third parties.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no

order as to costs.
