Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 2.

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of temporary suspension of fair price shop dealership. This Court by order dated 10.12.2012 granted interim suspension of the proceedings dated 17.11.2012.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the fair price shop dealership is being operated by the petitioner and no further decision is taken.

Having regard to the fact that it was only a temporary suspension and by virtue of interim order of this Court, petitioner continues to operate the fair price shop dealership the order impugned is set aside.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed. However, liberty is granted to the respondents to take action as warranted by law, if not already initiated and/or pending.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
