HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21597 OF 2008 ORDER : (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V. Bhatt) Heard Sri D. Kodandarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, and perused the material on record.

2. The petitioners pray for a Mandamus directing the respondents to deposit the compensation amount payable in terms of the judgment and decree dated 18.04.2006 in A.S. No.225 of 2004.

3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondents have deposited the entire compensation payable in terms of the judgment and decree in A.S. No.225 of 2004 dated 18.04.2006.

4. The statement of the learned Government Pleader is placed on record, accepted and referring to such stand, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition stand closed.
