ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief "to issue RULE NISI, calling for the records leading upto and inclusive of issue of the impugned notice in the name of Maddi Sreemanarayana (NSN Poly Zips Pvt. Ltd. Narayanguda), dt. 19-1-2010 treating the said

property as part and parcel of NSN Poly Zips Pvt. Ltd and quash the same by issuing appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Certiorari." Sri Satish Kumar Kuna, learned counsel for the petitioner, circulated letter, dated 18.06.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the said request.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
