THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3691 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 333 of 2009 on the file of Vikarabad Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Vikarabad and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 497 of 2014. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for examination of the accused on 25.05.2015.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
