THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32889 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner - Saloon & Spa is with regard to the notification dated 30.06.2010 issued by the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City. However, the 2nd respondent in the writ petition is described as the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, Cyberabad.

Written instructions dated 09.10.2015 were furnished by the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, to the Office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it is stated that the subject notification which was issued by the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, would have no application to the petitioner which is stated to be running within Cyberabad limits. In that view of the matter, the petitioner's challenge to the impugned notification dated 30.06.2010 is misconceived. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
