The limited relief sought by the petitioner in this revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit for eviction within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr. V.V.N. Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought, the revision is disposed of directing the trial Court to make an endeavour to dispose of the suit, preferably within a period of four months. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
