HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.45458 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer : "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in calling the petitioner to the Police Station and sit hours together without any jurisdiction for entertaining false complaint though the case O.P.No.4 of 2016 on the file of Sessions Court, Chandrapur, Maharastra State is illegal and arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No.2 not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner." Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"The 2nd respondent is directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner. However, this Order will not stand in the way of the 2nd respondent to register a case, if any complaint is lodged against the petitioner for cognizable offence."

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO, J 26th December, 2016.
