Petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.92 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Khammam Railway Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) r/w 8 (c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
