JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.21082 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated 21st June 2017, passed in O.A.No.1586 of 2017, whereby, the interim relief sought by the petitioner has been denied. It is not in dispute that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 14.06.2017 and same is pending for decision. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, we hereby direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.06.2017, and take a decision thereon within two weeks from the receipt of this order.

We hereby made clear that if decision is taken by the respondents favouring the petitioner, the petitioner shall be taken in service to complete the remaining period as would be determined by the Government.
