Though the prayer is relating to alleged interference with peaceful possession and enjoyment of land to an extent of Ac.02-00 gts., in Sy.No.232 of Dubyala village, Mogullapalle Mandal, Warangal District, learned counsel for petitioner limited her submission for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of notice in Rc.No.A/ 171/ 2012 dated 16-05-2012 and the representation dated 08-04-2013 expeditiously.

Her statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 08-04-2013 by enclosing a copy of this order before the 1st respondent within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of representation.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
