THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITIONS No. 10094, 10096, 10097, 10098, 10103, 10104, 10106, 10107, 10110, 10115, 10120 AND 10123 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:
When all these matters are taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Transport appearing for the respondents that the issue raised in the present Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order, dated 14.03.2019, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1803 of 2019 and batch.
Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "In those circumstances, as the issue involved is squarely covered by the judgment of the Division Bench and there being no reason for this Court to come to a different conclusion altogether, the Writ Petitions are allowed following the judgment of the Division Bench with a further direction to the respondent authorities to refund the excess tax amount wherever has been paid in the absence of interim orders of this Court at the stage of admission, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs."
Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, these Writ Petitions are also allowed in terms thereof.
