THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 99 OF 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 29-10-2014 in I.A.No. 484 of 2013 in O.S.No. 41 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Nirmal (for short, 'the Court below').

At the hearing, Sri K.Raghuveer Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the abovementioned suit itself has been disposed of by the Court below and therefore the cause with which the present revision is filed has become infructuous.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
