P. Venkatram Reddy, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.8316 OF 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner apprehending change of revenue records of the subject matter of the writ petition in favour of Panga Chinna Venkata Reddy, without notice to petitioner, on 15-2-2017 has filed representation before 4th respondent. Now, the grievance is that in spite of representation, 4th respondent is proceeding to enter name of his brother. Hence, the writ petition.
The Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Assignment firstly objected to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension and alternatively submitted that as representation is already pending before 4th respondent, the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the representation dated 15-2-2017 and any enquiry for changing name is undertaken by the 4th respondent in alternative submission made by Assistant Government Pleader is accepted.
The writ petition is disposed of by this order. The 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of representation dated 15-2-2017, as and when 4th respondent considers changing the name of the account holder for the subject matter of the writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed. ________________ JUSTICE S.V.BHATT Dated 9-3-2017.
Note: Issue C.C. in three days.
