THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18613 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not taking any steps against the 8th respondent who is causing interference in the process of implementation of Mid-Day Meal in the 6th respondent school, inspite of the written complaint dt. 15-12-2014 as being illegal, arbitrary, unilateral and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the 8th respondent pursuant to the complaint dt 1512-2014" . During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that this Court in W.P.No.

35975 of 2014 directed the District Collector i.e. the 2nd respondent herein to hear the petitioner therein and Dhanalakshmi Agency and after examining the matter, take appropriate decision in terms of the directions as mentioned in the said orders and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. In the case on hand, the petitioner also filed a representation/ complaint dated 15.12.2014 against the 8th respondent, which is pending consideration on the file of the 2nd respondent. In the light of the orders passed in the above said writ petition and in the light of the objections raised by the petitioner in the representation/ complaint dated 15.12.

respondent by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above said observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
