It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that in view of filing of Writ Petition No.23138 of 2016 subsequent to the filing of present Writ Petitions, the cause of action in both Writ Petitions does not survive.

Recording the said submission of learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petitions shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
