This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 by the petitioner/appellant challenging the judgment and award, dated 27.11.2017, passed in M.V.O.P.No.44 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-XI Additional District Judge, Krishna, Gudivada. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
