SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15262 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Challenge in this writ petition was to the e-auction sale notice dated 19.03.2016, whereby the respondent bank proposed to hold the sale of the secured assets belonging to the petitioner on 02.05.2016. It is stated by Sri B.S.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the sale scheduled to be held on 02.05.2016 did not materialise.

In that view of the matter, the prayer in this writ petition has worked itself out.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving all issues open.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
