HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.42 and 44 of 2016 ORDER:

Both these transfer criminal petitions are filed by the petitioner seeking for transfer of C.C.Nos.683 and 684 of 2014 from XXV Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Somajiguda, to any other competent Court at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause in both the transfer criminal petitions does not survive further adjudication and the matters have become infructuous. 2.
