This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioner/A.2 to quash the proceedings in FIR No.9/2014 on the file of Tadoor Police Station, Mahabubnagar District for the offences under Sections 306 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard Sri A. Kranti Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that during pendency of the present Petition, the Police of Tadoor filed Final Report stating that case is referred as false and mistake of fact and therefore, no further orders need be passed in the present Petition and in view of the same, the present Petition to quash the Proceedings in FIR No.9/2014 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings in FIR No.9 of 2014 on the file of Tadoor Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
