There was no representation for the petitioner when this matter was taken up for hearing on 22.06.2015. Earlier the same was the situation when the matter had come up on 04.06.2015. On 09.06.2015, an adjournment was sought but, as there was no representation on 22.06.2015, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 23.06.2015. Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation yet again for the petitioner or his learned counsel. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
