2. The present revision petition is filed challenging the order, dated 26.07.2014, passed in I.A.No.834 of 2014 in O.S.No.235 of 2007 on the file of learned XIII Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main Suit in O.S.No.235 of 2007 was decreed with costs on 06.01.2017 by the learned XIV Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Therefore, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
