THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.11685 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in disengaging the services of the petitioner as if he is a Casual Employee as illegal, unjust and arbitrary, contrary to APSRTC Service Regulations and as such liable to be set aside with a consequential direction to the respondents herein to continue the petitioner forthwith and to extend all the benefits in the interest of justice.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the interim orders passed by this court on 08.7.2004, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The submission is recorded.
