Heard Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondents 3 and 4.

2. Petitioners contend that they have applied on 24.01.2016 vide application Nos.3000040456, 3000040436 and 3000040371 for regularization of their plots in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dt.02.11.2015, but the respondents 3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon.

3. Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioners' applications referred to above within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' applications referred to above, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
