Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed report dated 22.11.2014 before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, requesting to close the matter as 'Civil in Nature'. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
